A Economic Update

I wanted to change the feel and flow of my game by adjusting the starting parameters.

I changed the number of days from 35 to 25

The backpack starting size  from 10 to 4 (can be upgraded to 5 at the very beginning of the game if the player chooses to)

Police encounter rates from     (85% / 90% )    to    (92.1% /99.2%)      chance to not be     (hassled / completely robbed)

I did not change the pricing structure but I may adjust it + add some more items for sale
